We had a great time in California. It was a busy week. I am doing a huge post to try and share what we did. I will post more wedding pictures soon. But with Christmas tomorrow I thought I better get these put on now.

We had to get this picture!
Ariel is Abby's favorite!

Working on a sand castle
At sea world with our cousins. We had planned to go to Disneyland on wednesday, but there was a monsoon going on outside. All the lines would have been short, but it would have been miserable for the kids. So we just kind of hung out for that day. The next day we went to Sea World. The kids had a great time and especially liked the shows. Peyton loved the penguins. He wanted to jump through the glass and get them.
On Friday was the big wedding day. We took the kids to the beach in the morning and then got ready and went to the temple. They loved the water, even though it was freezing cold. They ran in and out and had a great time. The temple was really nice. It was a little chilly, and Abby and Peyton both fell asleep on the way there. Our friend Amber Welker came and watched all the kids while we were inside. I was glad to hear when we came out that the kids stayed asleep the whole time to make it a little easier for her. We got a few group pictures before everyone got too cold. Then we went to a yummy mexican place for the wedding dinner.
Saturday we woke up early and headed back to try disney land again. It was a lot nicer day. We had a great time. It was busy, but do-able. We ran out of time before we could do everything we would have wanted to, but all in all, it was a wonderful day and the kids had a great time. Stockton got to be a Jedi Padowan and participate in a little star wars show. He even got to fight darth mal. Abby got to see three of her fave princesses. The kids even enjoyed some of the rides they were scared of last time.
We spent the night with my sister Myriah and her husband Jarad who came to Disneyland with us too. On sunday we went to this fun city park in LA that has a bunch of old trains. It is free and you can just wander around and look at and climb on some of the cool old steam locomotives. After that we said good bye and drove all the way home in one shot. It was pretty miserable for Peyton, but the other two did great. They all slept for the last few hours of the trip. We decided we might have to start travelling at night more often on those long trips.
